Shalynne Jackson, MHR is Founder and Principal Consultant of Shalynne Jackson Consulting, a diversity and inclusion firm that helps organizations develop and execute strategies to cultivate inclusive workplaces.
Formerly an Inclusion Strategist for Fortune 500 companies Walmart, Inc. and ONEOK, Inc., she has a depth of knowledge and experience, specializing in work with Diversity and Inclusion Councils and Business Resource Groups.
She has served on multiple boards including the VP of Diversity for the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA). Presently Shalynne is the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the City of Oklahoma City.
