Management Leadership For Tomorrow’s Black Equity At Work Program
Indy Adenaw is Managing Director of Management Leadership for Tomorrow’s (MLT) Black Equity at Work Program Indy joined MLT after years of experience in the corporate sector, including over 10 years at Marriott International and a number of advisory and consulting companies. Indy holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of Maryland.
The Black Equity at Work program offers a first-of-its-kind comprehensive, rigorous, but achievable pathway for building and executing plans that will bring companies closer to racial equity. Early participants include Blackrock, Nike, Viacom and a host of other top corporations. In this role, Indy oversees all aspects of the program including Business Development, Employer Success and Digital experience. I worked actively with the Boston Consulting Group’s Digital Ventures organization in developing the platform.
Previously, Indy spent 10 years in hospitality and was most recently the brand leader for Sheraton Hotels and Resorts – Marriott International’s most global brand and one of the largest brands in terms of size and performance. Functional experiences include brand management, corporate strategy/strategic planning, project management, process improvement, pricing and cost reduction. Sector experience in Hospitality, Telecom, Financial Services and Commodities.
